SFHW Programs for Veterans Assistance
For years, we have been focused providing veterans assistance through a variety of programs. As our organization has grown, we have expanded where we are able to offer our services. A complete list of locations where we offer veterans assistance is in the right column of this page.
We provide several types of veterans assistance, but emphasize our efforts with veterans who were injured as part of their service, suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other combat-related illnesses like chronic pain, addiction and disease. We remain committed to providing free veterans health, care and wellness services to those we serve.

Warrior Wellness - provides free Group Holistic Integrative Health & Wellness & Education & Training to Wounded, Ill, and Injured Warriors, their families and caregivers. This program focuses on veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illnesses, or wound, co-incident to their military service on or after September 11, 2001.
Warrior Athlete - an individualized post rehabilitation reconditioning program focused on our nation's Wounded, Ill and Injured Veterans, their immediate families and caregivers
Delicious Food Daily - provides Wounded, Ill and Injured Veterans, their immediate families and caregivers with Training & Education to create delicious, balanced meals made with fresh, local, and organic ingredients.
Combat Athlete - a rehabilitative Tactical Strength & Conditioning and Holistic Nutrition Program is directed at the Combat Wounded that have been cleared to return to Active Duty and reintegrate with their units.
Yoga for Veterans - offers free yoga classes to veterans and Wounded, Ill and Injured Veterans, their immediate families and caregivers to introduce the benefits of yoga
Martial Arts for Veterans - free martial arts training for wounded veterans
